We are a curiosity-driven research laboratory working at the interface of complex fluids and biological physics for understanding the emergence of collective behaviors in non-equilibrium systems. We are using various experimental techniques to study the physical principles underlying the self-organization and dynamics of active complex fluids, which will pave the pathway to study the organization and dynamics of multi-cellular tissues. We will advance our knowledge for the discovery of active bio-inspired materials combining living and synthetic components.
